Chapter One · Division 05 — Health Consumables & Ageing-Care Inputs

Care is consumed daily — and re-ordered forever.

This division moves the supplies care runs on: gauze and wound dressings, examination gloves, incontinence care, hospital textiles and pharmaceutical packaging — certified at the factory, documented before shipment, and delivered to registered importers and distributors who hold the local registration. We own no warehouse and hold no stock. We are the sourcing agent in the middle: the buyer imports and registers, the maker produces to specification, and our commission is written into the contract where both sides can see it.

Gauze, padding and swabs: the oldest shelf in this division, and the one that links it straight back to the house's fibre trade. In health, the certificate is part of the product.

Every day
A glove, a dressing or a pad is destroyed in a single use. Unlike a device, a consumable cannot be bought once — it is bought on a calendar.
The reorder logic of the trade
Chapter Two

A sourcing agent, not a warehouse

Aniruddha Global Trading holds no inventory and risks no capital on stock. We work made-to-order: a confirmed buyer requirement goes to a verified, certified producer, and the goods move directly from maker to buyer. The buyer is always the Importer of Record — and, in this division, the registration holder in their own market.

Requirement

You send the product, specification, standard (ISO / EN / CE as applicable) and monthly volume. We confirm it is a line this house will touch.

Certificates

The maker's certificates, test reports and factory audit history are checked and shared — before any price is discussed.

Deposit

The buyer places a deposit against a pro-forma. Nothing is produced or shipped on promises.

Inspection

Goods are checked against specification — material, sizing, packing, labelling — before the balance falls due.

Balance & ship

Balance is paid, documents move with the cargo, and the buyer clears and registers in their own name.

Our pay is one transparent commission — the sourcing trade's usual 5–10% of order value for certified, small-lot consumables — agreed in writing before anything moves. The higher end of the house's range applies here because the service is specification and certification-checking, not just an introduction. No hidden margins, no second price list.

Chapter Three

The six product families

This division deliberately starts where regulation is lightest and the house's existing trades already reach: cotton and cellulosic products first, certified barrier and care lines next, and pharma inputs — never finished regulated medicines. Filter by what you make or what you distribute.

Wound & cotton · The founding shelf

Wound care & dressings

What it is
Sterile and non-sterile gauze swabs and rolls, crepe and cohesive bandages, under-cast padding, adhesive dressings and cotton wool — the cotton-based core that links this division to the house's fibre trade.
Who buys it
Medical distributors, hospital-group importers, pharmacy wholesalers and aid-supply buyers, all holding their local registration.
  • Gauze swabs & rolls
  • Bandages
  • Cotton wool
  • Adhesive dressings
Typical deal: one container of one certified line · certificates and test reports before shipment · trial lot first, then a monthly reorder calendar.
Disposable nitrile examination gloves in several colours, fanned out to show sizing and material
Barrier · Highest frequency in care

Gloves & barrier protection

What it is
Nitrile, latex and vinyl examination gloves; surgical and face masks; caps, shoe covers and disposable gowns — specified by material, thickness, powder status and the standard they are tested to.
Who buys it
Hospital and clinic distributors, dental and laboratory supply houses, food-plant and care-home procurement.
  • Nitrile exam gloves
  • Masks
  • Gowns & caps
  • Shoe covers
Typical deal: mixed-size container against a size ratio agreed in the pro-forma · AQL and test standard named in the contract, not in a brochure.
Wound & cotton · Absorbency is the spec

Cotton & absorbent products

Absorbent cotton wool, cotton balls and buds, maternity and nursing pads, and non-woven wipes — products where absorbency, lint and purity are the specification, and where a failed lot is visible the moment it is used.

Who buys it
Distributors serving hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and personal-care retail chains.
  • Cotton wool
  • Wipes
  • Maternity pads
  • Cotton buds
Typical deal: container lots by grade · retained sample with every lot so destination inspection has an agreed baseline.
Barrier & care · The ageing-care line

Incontinence & daily care

Adult diapers, underpads, wet wipes and wash gloves for hospitals, care homes and home-care distributors. This is the family that grows directly with the 65+ curve in Chapter One — dignified, daily, and bought without pause.

Who buys it
Care-home groups, home-care distributors, hospital importers and pharmacy chains.
  • Adult diapers
  • Underpads
  • Wet wipes
  • Wash gloves
Typical deal: container by size mix and absorbency grade · packaging and labelling to the buyer's registered specification.
Textiles · Institutional, not fashion

Hospital textiles & uniforms

Bed linen, patient gowns, scrubs, staff uniforms and towels for hospitals and care facilities — specified for industrial laundering: fabric weight, shrinkage and colourfastness across hundreds of washes, not for a shop window.

Who buys it
Hospital-group importers, laundry-service operators and institutional textile distributors.
  • Bed linen
  • Scrubs & uniforms
  • Patient gowns
  • Towels
Typical deal: made-to-order against the facility's size and colour spec · wash-test report before volume is committed.
Blister packs of capsules and tablets moving along a pharmaceutical packaging line
Pharma inputs · Inputs, never medicines

Pharma packaging & excipients

What it is
Blister foil and films, bottles, caps and cartons, plus standard excipients — the materials a licensed pharmaceutical maker consumes daily. This division brokers the inputs; finished medicines move only through the Chemical Division's licensed-distributor lane, never here.
Who buys it
Licensed pharmaceutical manufacturers and their approved packaging suppliers.
  • Blister foil & film
  • Bottles & caps
  • Cartons
  • Excipients
Typical deal: specification and migration/compliance documents first · the buyer's quality team approves the maker before any volume is quoted.
Chapter Four

The reorder calculator — care, counted monthly

A consumable trade is planned backwards from the bed, the chair and the care round — not forwards from a catalogue. Set a facility, move the sliders, enter your own prices, and see the monthly consumption, the order value and the house's commission band. Rates below are planning starting points: replace them with a facility's real usage and the arithmetic follows.

Monthly reorder — summary

Occupied bed-days / month—
Gloves / month—
Dressings & swabs / month—
Monthly order value—
Annualised order value—
House commission, 5–10% / month—

A mid-size ward at steady occupancy consumes gloves and dressings every single day — which is why this division sells a reorder calendar, not a one-off container. Prices are yours to replace; no figure here is a quotation.

Chapter Five

Why health consumables, and why always

Devices are bought once and depreciated. Consumables are destroyed in the act of care and must exist again tomorrow morning. That single fact — plus an ageing world — is the whole investment case, and it needs no hype.

Used up, by design

Consumption is the product working

A glove that survives the day has failed at infection control. Every correct act of care consumes supplies — so demand is generated by care itself, in every hospital, clinic and care home, in boom and recession alike.

761m → 1.6bn

The ageing curve

The world's 65+ population more than doubles by 2050 (UN). Older patients need more dressings, more continence care, more daily consumables per person — a demographic tide no fashion or technology cycle reverses.

Trust is the asset

Certificates compound

What the next generation inherits from this desk is a library: which factory passed which audit, which certificate is genuine, which distributor registers cleanly. In health, that library — built load by load — is worth more than any single contract.

The input side of the same calendar: a packaging line consumes foil, film and cartons on every shift it runs — daily demand, specified and certified, exactly the flow this division brokers.
Chapter Six

The house rules, in the open

Health is the most regulated desk in this house. These rules are printed here so no counterparty ever has to guess where the line is — and so the desk can be inherited without its standards living in one person's memory.

— Terms

  • Buyer is Importer of Record and registration holder in their market
  • Deposit against pro-forma, balance after inspection, before shipment
  • One commission — 5–10% of order value — agreed in writing before production
  • Specification, standard and labelling fixed in the contract, not by chat
  • Neither side is introduced around the house on a live trade

— Limits

  • No finished medicines, no controlled substances, no unregistered therapeutic products — ever
  • No product without the certification its destination market requires
  • No sterile claim without the test documentation behind it
  • No relabelled, expired or near-expiry stock, at any discount
  • Low-regulation consumables first; higher-regulation lines only with a licensed buyer and full dossiers

— Verification

  • Maker confirmed from their own published channels before any quote
  • Certificates (ISO / CE as applicable) sighted and checked before shipment
  • Factory audit history recorded in the division's supplier library
  • Pre-shipment inspection of quantity, sizing, packing and labelling
  • Both sides see the same numbers: value, commission, documents
Chapter Seven

The Century Lines board

One house, separate divisions — each with its own site, list and counterparties, so a line can be inherited, audited or closed without touching the others. Statuses below are stated as they stand today.

Open a conversation

Tell us what you make — or what your facilities consume.

One email starts it. Include these five things and you will get a documented reply, not a questionnaire:

  • Product — name, material and the standard it is made or bought to
  • Certificates — ISO / CE and test reports, or the registration you hold
  • Volume — quantity now, and quantity per month
  • Specification — sizing, packing and labelling requirements
  • Destination — market and port where it must land
